1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale define the conditions for subscribing to and using MyBankroll's paid offers.

2. Plans

MyBankroll is a paid service. All plans include a 7-day free trial.

MyBankroll offers several subscription plans:

Bankroll: unlimited tracking, full pro analysis (CLV, EV, Kelly, Optimizer, unlimited AI), 2026 World Cup included, from €29/year
Tipster Pro: everything in Bankroll plus public Tipster profile, Telegram alerts, public API and premium granular stats, from €49/year
2026 World Cup Pass: dedicated access to the 2026 World Cup, one-time payment of €9.99, no auto-renewal

Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page and may be changed at any time. Changes only apply to new subscriptions.

3. Subscription

Subscribing to a paid plan is done online at app.mybankroll.io. Payment is processed by our secure payment provider (Stripe).

4. Duration and renewal

Subscriptions are taken out for a monthly or annual period, depending on the user's choice. They are automatically renewed at each due date, unless previously cancelled.

5. Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is issued.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's agreement.

7. Payment and security

Payments are secured by Stripe. MyBankroll does not store any banking data. Transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS.

8. Warranty and liability

MyBankroll is committed to providing a quality service and ensuring platform availability. In case of prolonged service interruption, users may request proportional compensation.

9. Applicable law
