We collect the following data:

Contact form: name, email, subject, message
User account (on app.mybankroll.io): email, username, voluntarily entered betting data
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via technical cookies)

3. Purpose of processing

Data is processed to:

Respond to your contact requests
Provide and improve the MyBankroll service
Ensure platform security
Send service-related communications (with your consent)

4. Legal basis

Data processing is based on:

Your consent (contact form, newsletter)
Contract performance (service provision)
Legitimate interest (security, service improvement)

5. Retention period

Contact data: 12 months after the last exchange
Account data: during the account lifetime + 12 months after deletion
Security logs: 6 months

6. Data sharing

Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with:

Supabase: application database hosting
Stripe: payment processing (for paid subscriptions)
OVH: website hosting
